Important Policies & Procedures
No-Show & Cancellation Policy
A No-Show/Late Cancellation creates large blocks of time that impact our stylists and other guests. We understand that things happen; however, we try to respect our stylists’ time as much as we respect yours. We have recently had to change our policy due to the number of cancellations and no-shows. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice but more than 24 hours you will be charged $50. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a $75 charge will be placed on your card. We will require a deposit if an individual frequently no-shows or cancels the day of. The deposit amount will vary depending on the service being booked.
Running Late
We understand life is crazy and things happen. However, the appointment may have to be rescheduled if you are running more than 15 minutes late (according to our clock). We will do what we can to get you in as soon as our schedule allows. Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re going to be late. Our No-Show & Cancellation Policy (see above) may be applied. A late fee may also apply if a stylist chooses to still complete your appointment despite being late.
Haircut & Color Adjustments
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and strive to ensure that every guest leaves 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result of your service, we would be more than happy to make any needed adjustments to your hair within 72 hours of your last appointment. Please note that we do not offer refunds or complimentary services due to a change of mind.

Animals & Pets in the Salon
The Indiana State Board of Cosmetology only permits approved service animals inside salons. While we love pets, we cannot allow them inside and, of course, don’t want you to leave them in the car, so please leave them at home for this appointment.
